About

I’ve spent 15+ years working at the intersection of infrastructure, transport service design, and passenger experience, helping public authorities, transport agencies, and urban planning organizations improve public transport and shared mobility systems so they work well for the people using them intuitively, reliably, and comfortably.

My background in Sociology and Geography shapes how I approach every project: not just as a technical challenge, but as a question of how people live, move, and experience their environments. I combine spatial and data analysis, including AI-assisted tools, with qualitative research and stakeholder engagement to build strategies that are both rigorous and human.

I work across the full project lifecycle: from early-stage research and policy development, through tender specification and procurement, to implementation support and operational review. I’m equally comfortable shaping a national vision document and conducting fieldwork at a regional bus terminal.

Previously, I led the Roads Infrastructure Unit in a government-owned company, building the unit from the ground up, managing a portfolio of 57+ projects and overseeing a budget of over €75M. Before that, I managed a national Public Transport project, directing an annual budget of €25M and co-authoring a Government Decision on public transport. I also served as a City Council member, where I advanced policies on sustainable transport, walkability, and public safety.

In 2022, I founded YT Mobility to bring this experience together under one practice, working with public authorities, transport agencies, and urban planners across Europe on the challenges that matter most: making transport systems work for the people who use them.

Whether passenger experience is at the heart of your project or still waiting to get there, I’d love to hear about it.
